CRM 2011 Quote Mail Merge Template Spacing Tricks

A number of times I’ve received questions from users about how I got the spacing to work on my quote templates that were posted back in CRM 4.0. Shannon asked today if I do a quick video one and since that’s something I’m getting ready to do a lot of on the website I thought I better go ahead and do one for her.

Here’s a 3 min. video that shows exactly the trek that I used to get the spacing right between products and in the grid on the CRM quote.

Shannon:  hope this helps!

    Steven:

At the risk of seeming like an ungrateful troll, I’ve used your method for getting rid of the top space successfully…but still can’t rid of the the ones between the rows of items. After struggling with it for some time, I went back and ran your template from the previous post against my data and still have those spaces with your template too. Can you tell me what I’m missing? I’d really appreciate your help!
