CRM 2011 Processes: Workflows and Dialogs Video Series

This morning, I finished recording the last one hour segment in our new CRM 2011 Processes: Workflows and Dialogs Video Training Series.  It took a lot of work, but I think it was worth it. This marks the fourth series of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 computer-based training that we’ve created so far, and I believe it’s the best! I had the most fun in creating all of the demonstration processes and lab solutions. I thought I knew everything about workflows when I started this course, but I found out otherwise. The best part about training and writing training videos, is that you’re always learning new stuff. That was definitely the case here as I had to dig into details, validate the content in demos and lab solutions.

Work is now underway on our fifth series, CRM 2011 Applications which will include 10 one hour segments that cover the entire breadth of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 product from an end-user perspective. I hope to have more on that soon, so stay tuned!
