Dynamics CRM 2011 accelerators availability

I was reminded by a blog entry on the Microsoft dynamics CRM team blog yesterday that Microsoft made three of the CRM 4.0 accelerators available in the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace when they released CRM 2011. With the flurry of announcements, you might’ve missed this, so I thought I would publish these links to make it easier to find.

Three accelerators are reportedly released, but I cannot find any reference on the marketplace site for the customer care accelerator at this point. I have included the links to the customer portal and the partner relationship management portal:

Customer Portal for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
Partner Relationship Management Portal for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
Customer Care Accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Other solutions released include the following:

Donation Management for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
Dashboard Reporting Control for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

We’ve been using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 customer portal for hosting our website for a while now, and our next challenge is figuring out what changes need to be made to upgrade to the 2011 model. Expect to see a blog entry about that soon.

The customer care accelerator has not been released yet, it is one of the ones we are working on updating to a Solution for CRM 2011.
