Our next CRM training event will have some new twists. Come join us in October 2010 for this premier training event. Read more….
Our continued success with CRM training events has been gratifying, especially since this has been an off year for training. We have many people in CRM community to thank – Every event that we have planned in the last year has been a success.
With the advent of CRM 2011 at the end of this year, we must begin to change the curriculum that we offer to take in account the changes that we all will face in moving to the next, better, generation of Dynamics CRM. There’s tremendous excitement throughout the community, but to sum it up, "it’s a game changer". At Business IT Professionals, Inc., each new announcement helps us plan where we’ll take our customers, our products, and our students. You can be certain that we will be paying attention to the details.
Since the training curriculum for CRM 2011 will not be available until second-quarter 2011, we’re making changes to the delivery of the existing curriculum. Our classes will take into account the changes expected and will spend time making sure that we pass on what we learn about CRM 2011 so far.
In our October Dynamics CRM training event, we’re also adding a new class to discuss the new technologies in the customer and partner portal accelerators. We’re bringing in a trainer from ADXstudio to provide expert training in the use of the portal accelerators and Web content management tools now available within CRM.
